Directions
As a food supplement use 1 tablet per day preferably with meals.

Bulking Agents (Microcrystalline cellulose, Di calcium Phosphate Dihydrate), Ascorbic acid, Magnesium Citrate, Ferrous fumarate, Zinc Citrate, D-Alpha-Tocopheryl succinate, Vitamin A acetate, Flow Agents (Magnesium Stearate (vegetable origin), Silcon Dioxide), Pyridoxine hydrochloride, Cholecalciferol, Vitamin B1 Thiamine, Folic acid, Cyanocobalamin, Potassium Iodine.
