How Do I Use Protein Recovery Drink?
Use Protein Recovery Drink within 30 minutes after exercise or racing. Mix 2 scoops (80g) in 250-300ml of water or milk, adjust liqued level to suite personal taste and thickness preference. For longer sessions of 2hrs + a double serving can be used.
