Methods of Ordering
We provide 2 easy options to place an order:

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and Paypal.
Please Note: All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT. Placing an order is simple. Simply navigate our site to the products you want and when you've chosen the items, click the 'Add to basket' button. Your mini shopping cart (situated in the header of every page and to the right) will display your products – you can either continue shopping or checkout immediately.
Edit My Order
If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email explaining what you wish to change. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to modify or change your order.
Cancel My Order
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, simply send us an email including all relevant details to request the cancellation. If your order has already been dispatched, you will not be able to cancel the order in the above manner, however, you may still return the item to us at your own expense. Please see our Returns and Exchanges policy below for further information.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return the goods, please contact us to discuss the reason for this. If your refund request is approved, you will be required to return the item to Real Nutrition Co in its original condition within 14 days of purchase for a replacement, exchange or refund. Please can you also ensure that you include proof of purchase with your item.
If you receive your order and find that it has been damaged, is defective in any way or is not the item which you ordered, we will pay for the collection of the item and arrange a replacement or refund. In the event of this occurring, please contact us on 01254 827625 between 9.30am to 5.00pm (Mon - Fri) and request return instructions.
Please do not return an item without informing us and please ensure that all returned goods are clearly marked with your name and order details.

If returning an item to us which we are not liable to collect at our cost (for example if you ordered the wrong flavour etc), we suggest that you retain proof of postage for your own records in the event of the item/s failing to reach us.
Returned products must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a refund:
1. The item must be in resalable condition with no damage to the Box, Sachets, Bars or Merchandise.
2. The item must be unopened.
3. The item must be in the original packaging.
4. The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Returns can take between 7-10 business days to receive and process, however, we will do our best to minimise any delay.
