We want to take this opportunity to wish all our customers a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year.

Over the festive period, our customer service phone line will be closed from Tuesday 25th December until Wednesday 2nd January 2013. During this time enquiries will be responded to by emailing customerservice@realnutritionco.com

Delivery information over the festive period

The following is a guide to what we will endeavour to achieve during the festive season. Orders will be dispatched at every opportunity when our carriers are actively collecting but please note the following:

UK Mainland

Orders above 1kg placed before 2pm on Friday 21st December should be delivered on Monday 24th December.

Orders below 1kg in weight placed after Monday 17th will take up to 7 working days until normal service resumes on the 2nd January 2013.

Orders above 1kg placed on the 22nd - 26th will be delivered by Friday the 28th

Orders above 1kg placed on the 27th - 2pm on the 28th will be delivered by Monday the 31st

Orders above 1kg placed on the 29th - 2pm on the 2nd Jan will be delivered by Thursday 3rd Jan

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Highlands, Grampians and Scottish Isles

Orders above 1kg placed before 2pm on Thursday 20st December we will aim to deliver on Monday 24th December.

Orders below 1kg in weight placed after Monday 17th will take up to 9 working days until normal service resumes on the 2nd January 2013.

Orders above 1kg placed on the 21st - 26th will be delivered by Monday the 31st

Orders above 1kg placed on the 27th - 2pm on the 28th will be delivered by Wednesday the 2nd Jan

Orders above 1kg placed on the 29th - 2pm on the 2nd Jan will be delivered by Friday 4th Jan

Normal service will resume from Wednesday 2nd January 2013.

International services will be up to 15 working days during this period
