Real Health Cod Liver Oil is derived from sustainable sources and is refined in such a way as to maximise the natural omega-3 fatty acids. In addition, each capsule provides 100% of the RDA for the important fat soluble vitamins, A & D together with EPA and DHA. These vitamins are important for healthy bones, immunity and eye function.

Directions

As a food supplement use 1-2 soft gels per day preferably with meals.
