I have bought these a couple of times.Quite unlike the usual protein bars. Very light and great taste.A nice change to powders and stodgy Bars.They have good levels and sources of protein. It would be an idea to put them in larger boxes, 24 perhaps?

These bars taste great! I prefer the double chocolate to the white chocolate variety, but the former has been sold out for months (seriously RNC!) - the white chocolate flavour is a fine substitute (and, actually, my wife prefers it).

Taste is amazing!
Firstly the bars taste amazing! (I got the white chocolate and vanilla) I've tried different bars from different brands in the past but these are a cut above the rest. I normally have one whilst at work and I'll have one after training and I must say my recovery time has improved drastically. I now find myself training twice as hard and twice as much with more energy and less aches. Great product. 100% recommend. P.s they are so cheap, what have you got to lose?!

Brilliant product
The texture and taste of this product are unrivalled by any other protein bar. Although there is a high sugar content, the added vitamins and nutrients make this ideal as a post workout snack. The protein content is a little lacking, especially compared to the amount of sugar, but more protein would make it more chewy and so the texture would suffer

Great anytime bar
I have used Real Nutrition products for over a year. Coupled with correct training I have seen good growth and size and strength. I'm not talking 20+ pounds as real people should know this is a pipe dream but at the very least 9 lb.
I cycle through these and the build bars and find these bars very good as a light snack. I don't use them after a workout though and tend to have them in the mid mornings as part of a meal.
Since trying Real products I've not bother with other brands as the quality is second to none.

These taste really great - I've not been using the bars 'in isolation' so I'm not sure how effective they would be (i.e. I'm not sure how much success to attribute to the bars, and how much to the shakes) on their own, but I'm sure they're not doing any harm...

I like these. My other half loves the white chocolate flavour. Handy as a snack, or as in my case, something protein orientated to chew on at work. Doesn't leave me wanting another 30 minutes later. Goes great with my coffee.

I have been using RN for a couple of months now.The main product that I have used is the protein bars.These are excellent.A tasty bar that doesn't require too much of a workout for your jaw when eating them. The taste is great and and they aren't too heavy to digest. I found the Raw Pre Work Out Caplets good.2 gave me a great sweat during my workout and really hit the spot. The multi vitamins are what the label says, they are a good support supplement for any diet and provide a little insurance on those days when you perhaps don't eat as clean as you would like to!
