Mainland UK - England, Wales, Scotland (excludes Highlands)
Standard Delivery Charges
All orders £19.99 and over in total (excluding shipping) are subject to FREE DELIVERY. The method used will depend on the weight of the package. Please allow upto 4 working days on FREE DELIVERY orders. All orders £19.99 and under (excluding shipping) in total are subject to a standard shipping, packaging and handling charge of £4.99.
Upgrade options
Upgrade options may become available at checkout to upgrade your delivery method depending on the weight of the package and destination. Priority processing for orders placed before 2pm Monday -Thursday is available for £2.99 to ensure a next working day delivery service and same day dispatch. AM (morning) next working day delivery is £7.99 for orders placed before 2pm Monday -Thursday and Saturday delivery options for mainland UK - England, Wales, Scotland (excludes Highlands) only.
Saturday delivery is £4.95 for orders placed before 2pm on Friday. Please note a signature is required.
Scottish Highlands
Delivery to the Scottish Highlands may take longer so please allow up to 4 working days.
Delivery Information
If you are not available to take delivery of your order, a card will be left notifying you of who to contact or where to collect your parcel from. In the case of City Link and DPD they will attempt to deliver your parcel twice. If there is no response to the calling card within 7 days, your order will be returned to us.
Please always check with Real Nutrition Co or your local depot if you are expecting an order which is late, as the delivery company may have your order at the depot. Your order will be sent, once the relevant surcharge and an additional delivery charge has been paid.
In the event of a refusal, change of mind, ordered in error, or doctors recommendation not to take, a surcharge (see below) will be deducted from your refund unless you have contacted Real Nutrition Co to cancel your order within the seven working day cooling off period.
You can cancel or amend any order placed with Real Nutrition Co, provided that the order has not yet entered the dispatch process. Please note we operate a fast dispatch system and items are usually sent out on the same day as the order is placed. This does not effect your statutory rights.
Channel Islands & Northern Ireland
The Postage, Packaging and Handling costs are fixed for these destinations at £4.99 for orders under £49.99 and FREE for orders £50 and over.
International Locations
International delivery locations and prices will become available at checkout. All listed destinations will calculate the shipping rate based on the ZONE. Please allow upto 10 working days for delivery.
BFPO
Please allow 6 to 8 working days for delivery.
BFPO delivery charges are based on weight. Up to 1kg £4.99, Up to 5Kg £9.99, Up to 10kg £14.99. We are unable to offer a free delivery service to BFPO address's from March 2013 due to Royal Mail pricing structure changes.

Surcharges
These are in place to cover the costs of re-stocking, handling and administration. Orders over £100 (excl. P&P) will incur a £15 surcharge (plus where applicable, the P&P cost to re-send the goods). Orders under £100 (excl. P&P) will incur a 15% surcharge or a minimum charge of £5, whichever is the greater (plus where applicable, the P&P cost to re-send the goods). No surcharges will be made against your refund if your order is cancelled within the 7 working day cooling off period.
